Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage


Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage or simply MLD is a gentle massage aimed at improving the inner working of the Lymphatic system. Gentle pressure is applied in the direction of the Lymph nodes, stimulating the Lymphatic system causing drainage. The MLD method was developed in the 1930's by Dr. Vodder.
